The new direct to garment printer from Brother the GT782 was launched at the IMB exhibition in Cologne. Acorn printing have placed an order for the machine which has white ink heads allowing it to print full colour designs on dark coloured garments. The twin pallet machine will arrive at Acorn about the end of the year. It is the first machine ordered in the UK.
Acorn already have the Brother GT541 which has proved to be a great success in Acorn's small order dept. Clive Horlor Acorn's Managing Director returned from the IMB exhibition with the news that Acorn again are at the leading edge of investment for the event and imprint printing business.
Acorn have ordered the equipment through the Brother Agent for the UK GS-UK based in Nottingham
